- I am a tutorial writer, you can find my tut site addy in the link below this one, and novice scrap kit maker. My Scraps are Tagger sized. My older kits are in PSD format in a layered file. PSD format works with Photoshop and PSP. I am now making my newer kits in png format which seems to work with most graphic programs so hope that eliminates any further issues.
